Paws Awhile Canine Camp

Paws Awhile Canine Camp offers in home boarding for your pets stay with us.  A climate controlled environment will provide a much more relaxing visit.

The in home environment reduces stress levels and provides a more familiar overnight space for your dog.  After spending fun time in our Canine Camp Playground, or a walk in the country, snacks or meals will be provided.  Outdoor supervised exercise and breaks will give each Canine Camp guest plenty of "out of bunk" time. Camp bunks are designed to be private, safe and comfortable for a good nights sleep.

At Paws Awhile Canine Camp the health and safety of your pet is our foremost priority.  All pets must be in good health and current on all vaccination and preventatives.  Bordetella (Kennel Cough) preventative must also be given 7 days prior to visiting camp. A hard copy of your pets records are required.  Flea and tick preventative also required.

Please provide your current dog food to maintain consistency in diet.  If you do not bring your dogs food there will be an added charge for Royal Canine GI to be fed to your dog.

 

Vaccination Requirements for Dogs:

DHPP  Yearly

Bordetalla  Yearly

Rabies  Yearly or every 3 years depending on the vaccine

The pet will be evaluated upon arrival to insure they are not showing signs of being sick.  Temperament testing will also be accessed to insure the safety of the employees and other guests.

We make every effort to protect your pets health by disinfecting the Canine Camp Playground, the toys and bunks daily.  All stainless steel bowls are cleaned by high heat in a dishwasher and bedding is washed daily.

3.  Up to three meals a day includes pet's personal food and treats.  Or, Camp food can be provided.

4.  Oral and liquid medications can be given for free.  We do not administer injectable medications.
